PASTURE LEASING at Lake Lavon Stables

Lake Lavon Stables is a PRIVATE facility that offers pasture leasing for just a few special horses. Horses are checked every day when feeding grain and filling water troughs. Your horses will have everything they need. The owner lives next door and does frequent drive by checks and head counts. We have 20 acres of grazing and access to thousands of acres of trail riding.

Pasture Lease: $450 / month

Due to the proximity to the trails, attentive horse care, and preservation of pasture quality we stay full most of the time, but we do keep a waiting list if you are interested.

We offer pasture leasing to allow horses to live as close to their natural state as possible. Pastured horses are healthier and have fewer vices.
All horses must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and have Coggins.

All boarders are required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement/ Liability Release and Boarding Agreement before horses are permitted on the grounds.
